ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival – Kigali

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

Day 2: Kigali City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day city tour of Kigali, including:

Kigali Genocide Memorial Site – learn about Rwanda’s rise from the 1994 genocide
Kimironko Market – experience local commerce and crafts
Arts and craft centers – purchase unique Rwandan souvenirs

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Kigali – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After breakfast, transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Uganda. Stop for lunch en route before arriving at your lodge.
Relax and prepare for the gorilla trekking adventure the following day.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

Start early with breakfast, then transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing on your gorilla trekking experience.
You will be provided with a walking stick, drinking water, and packed lunch for the trek through the forest in search of mountain gorillas.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer Back to Kigali

After breakfast, depart Bwindi and transfer back to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight, concluding your Rwanda–Uganda gorilla safari.
